With the Bachelorette and just having sleepovers and hang outs this summer, Nachos have been a go to staple around my place! As easy as they are there are so many ways to change them up. Here is my usual recipe:
1 bag of Hy-Vee homemade tortilla chips
1 lb. Ground Turkey cooked with Low Sodium Hy-Vee taco seasoning
Hy-Vee Mexican Cheese, Mild Cheddar Cheese, and Mozzarella Cheese
Then Guacamole and Salsa for dipping.
I usually put the chips down on the baking sheet then put the cooked ground turkey and then the mixture of cheeses. I then broil on Low for 6 minutes, and then on High for 3 minutes, but just watch it closely because every oven is different.
